Have you tried healing depression with any alternative remedies? Do any of them work?


Has anyone got good results from using alternative remedies for the stomach?
I have gastritis and acid reflux which is very painful and I cant get relief. I have medicines that dont do much so now want to try alternative therapies. What are the best natural antacids?

I sweat.. A LOT!!! Any alternative remedies?
I have a sweating problem.. I know, its embarassing.. But really, since I was 13 years old I sweat when I'm freezing cold, all day, all night, etc... I have never owned a T shirt, or any kind of tight fitting shirt because I sweat right through them.. I am 24 now and its getting worse. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun to help this. Can anyone recommend an alternative medication or substance to help with my problem?

Any effective alternative remedies for eczema (steroid creams arent working)?
Hi my 3 year old daughter has lovely clear skin until about a month ago and now all of a sudden she has eczema lumpy, itchy red rash all down her arms, legs and on her cheeks. She has been prescribed 1 % hydrocortisone cream and Doublebase but both seem to be completely ineffective. The Doublebase in fact, often makes her skin look more 'angry'. I took her to the doctors for the 4th time about her skin today and she has been given antibiotics for an infection that has got into a cut on her knee and caused lumpy painful sores with whiteheads down her leg she looks like a right scab bag . I am hoping that the antibiotics may be the cure she needs and that she will go back to having the lovely skin she had before, once the weeks antibiotic course has finished. The doctor today said that there are no other remedies for her skin other than the prescribed creams but she is so itchy and uncomfortable which as i said, dont apper to be working. Does anyone know of any other remedies that may help or soothe her skin? preferably cheap ones Look forward to some effective, constructive ideas, thanks

The conventional treatments indicated by the doctors involve chemo and other meds, and also additional ones to lesson the side effects of the main drugs.This guy is feeling quite fine now, walking around and performing ordinary tasks, not really at death's door despite the dire 6 months left to live diagnosis the three doctors said he would die if he declined to take the toxic drugs, that they were surprised he was still alive . He is willing to try alternative remedies, any suggestions such as herbs, homeopathy, acupuncture, et cetera. You have some objective scientific studies to back up these 2 statements, claims are better believed when they are backed up with data after all. Any advice on alternative remedies for migraines?
I have suffered from horrific headaches since 2002, after 30 years of a headache free life. I now have had a migraine type headache since April It is accompanied by light being very painful, nausea, difficult to drive, and extremely difficult to be on the computer. Migraine medications do not work. Over the years, I have tried homeopathy, acupunture and chiropractic. I stopped drinking caffeine, orange juice and wine, and stopped eating strong cheeses. I am a vegetarian who eats organic and pure foods. I exercise regularly and do yoga every week. I walk at least three miles a day with my dog. Ibuprofon and paracetomol acetominiphin stopped working. I also tried feverfew, skullcap and valerian. Valium worked for a little while but now that stopped too.Having had a non stop migraine type head ache since April has seriously interfered with work, friendships and my relationship with my partner. My doctor refuses to allow me to have a brain scan, even though now the head ache has localised itself in the left side of my head. He suggested steroids for cluster headaches but I do not seem to have the symptoms of a cluster headache.I am just so ill and am getting very depressed. Is there something I have not thought of? Does anyone else have symptoms like this?

Is there any alternative remedies for asthma?
I'm off work because i have a chest infection, and my asthma is making it really hard work to breathe.I've had asthma for the past 3 years and have red and green inhalers plus my reliever.tbh I'm sure my asthma was never this bad before I started using the preventative inhalers. I thought I was doing ok with just my reliever but the nurse insisted that I started using the other two. I was warned before I started taking the preventative ones that if I stopped using them that I would cause damage to my lungs.At the beginning my asthma was just an allergic reaction to hay, now its a full time condition.I've heard about salt pipes etc. Would they be good for my asthma? If possible, I'd like to find a treatment I could use instead of the preventative inhalers I don't like the thought of being on them forever but I'd never throw my reliever away...just in case.
